The Johnsburg Police has taken several reports where resident's vehicles have been gone through, and items removed. All of the vehicles had been left unlocked.
The locations of these activities are not isolated to any one area. The range is from the residential area near Johnsburg High School to the areas around Riverside and Johnsburg Road.
Anyone with information or observing any suspicious activity is being asked to contact the police department at 815.385.6024 or in cases of emergency- 911.
