The North Richland Hills Police Department would like to invite all of our current Nixle followers to visit our website and signup to follow the City of North Richland Hills on Twitter. NRH police is pleased to be partnering with the social networking sites Twitter and Facebook. New and exciting improvements to the City of North Richland Hills
Police website (http://www.nrhtx.com/police) will now allow the department to interface directly with mainstream social networking sites in keeping the community informed about news and topics of community interest. NRH police will continue to use the Nixle messaging service, but only for emergency information.

Engaging today’s technology, the North Richland Hills Police Department can now post media releases and community information directly on the department’s official website and in real time. Once information is posted to the website it will be
simultaneously broadcast over city Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The public messages and updates pushed across social media will also contain embedded links to additional information if desired.
NRH Followers on Twitter and Facebook will gain this new service with their existing subscribership.
