Please be advised that Caroline County has opened their shelters at 10AM this morning. The shelters for Caroline County are located at Goldsboro Fire Station for north county residents, and Federalsburg Fire Station for south county residents. If you should need shelter for your animals, please contact the Caroline County Humane Society who is ready to assist you further with that. Any assistance with emergencies please dial 911.
