ADULT VACCINES
The Bloomfield Department of Health & Human Services is pleased to offer a new vaccine program for Bloomfield residents, specifically those age 19 years and over. Vaccines are available from 10:00 – 12:00 noon – 3rd Monday of every month. Cost = $15.00 per visit.

Vaccines available include: TDap, Pneumovax 23 (for pneumonia), Gardasil (HPV vaccine), and Menactra (for Meningitis).

RESPIRATORY SCREENING
