AVOID CLARENDON AVE AROUND S. AVONDALE RD on 9/5/11 from 8am-7pm due to road race and commercial filming 
Avondale PD advises drivers to avoid the area of Clarendon Ave around S Avondale Rd on Monday: Sept 5th from 8am until around 7pm. There will be an annual Road Race in the morning starting at 8am and then a commercial video shoot from 10:30 until around 7pm. Use Dartmouth Ave and Berkeley Rd as alternate routes. Residents living in the confines of the road closure will be allowed to travel to and from their homes andlice will be manning the blocked areas.
