South Burlington Community Day - today (Sept 9) at the high school football stadium. 4:00 to 9:30. Fireworks at conclusion 
This is a reminder that the City of South Burlington and the South Burlington Schools will host "South Burlington Community Day" today starting at 4:00 PM at the South Burlington High School football stadium.
This joint event brings high school athletics together with municipal services to provide an opportunity for demonstration, learning and fun for all. Field hockey begins at 4:00 and will be followed by football at 7:00 PM.
During the athletic events many municipal vehicles will be on display (fire trucks, police car, police motorcycle, bookmobile, storm water equipment) with city employees also on hand to explain the operation of each and to answer questions. Booths will be set up to provide information regarding many municipal services.
GW Savage Corp. has graciously sponsored a gala fireworks display to begin immidately following the football game (estimated to be 9:30 to 9:45 PM). GW Savage Corp is also sponsoring fun events for kids.
