At approximately 3:00 p.m., a female called 911 reporting that she had been seriously assaulted and the suspect was now threatening children. Police arrived at a home in the 1300 block of Caroline Street and contained the area. The children were found safe at another location.
Purser is 6 foot tall, weighs 170 lbs, has brown eyes and brown hair. It is not known if he has a vehicle.
