Albany Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting that occurred in the 800 block of Mercedes this morning. A 14-year old juvenile died from a gunshot wound. The suspect in the shooting, 19-year old Taiun Davis, is now in custody and is being questioned by the Child Death Team.
