UPDATE: Wanted burglar Otis Anthony Deaver - was arrested at B of A at 6th & Central in DTLA 
An off-duty LAPD detective, who is assigned to Rampart Division, recognized Otis Deaver inside the Bank of America branch at 6th Street and Central Avenue in downtown Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.
"Detectives at Rampart had been looking for Deaver too," said Lt. Paul Vernon, commanding officer of Central Detective Division. "Deaver's face had been plastered all over Central and Rampart."
Deaver was arrested and taken to Rampart Police Station for booking. He is suspected in at least a half dozen thefts from business offices, mostly taking laptops from desks during business hours.
