This afternoon, an alert neighbor in the area of Deer Run observed a suspicious person. That neighbor had received a flyer months ago explaining that the police want to know IMMEDIATELY when there is suspicious activity in the community. Due to that instruction, the neighbor IMMEDIATELY called 911 when a person that the neighbor did not know was loitering around a house on the block. A known burglar was apprehended after a brief K9 track. Great job, neighbor! Thank you!
