Entering Auto Advisory 
On 11-02-11, at approximately 09:00AM, an AEPD unit was dispatched to Hess Drive (1000 block) in reference to an "Entering Auto" incident.
Upon arrival and initial investigation it was determined that unknown persons had illegally entered the victim's vehicle and removed a GPS and an IPod. The theft occurred during the period of 11-01-11 @ 3:00PM and 11-02-11 @ 09:00AM. No signs of forced entry were noted.

The "holiday season" is now upon us and crime prevention/security tips should be followed more closely than other times of the year. Keep vehicles locked when not in use and remove items from plain view are tips that should apply at all times.
