EMERGENCY ALERT TEST FOR VAN 
On Wednesday November 9th at 1 PM there will e the first ever test of the NATIONAL EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM. Due to the coding of a National test, there may not be a message saying that it is just a test.
Just be aware that at 1 PM local time, there will be a 3 minute broadcast of the EAS, and you may not see or hear anything indicating that it is just a test.
