On Friday Nov 11th deputies arrested two men who are believed to be responsible for the burglary of a Chippewa Township home. Arrested were Shannon Rowe, age 30 and Noland Rowe age 18. Both men reside on Rittman road in Chippewa Twp.

The victim’s home had been burglarized during the night of November 9th while the victim was present in the home. A television, video games and other items were removed from the home after the suspects had forced entry.

During the investigation deputies developed the Rowe’s (who are neighbors to the victim) as suspects in this case. Deputies went to the home of the suspects on Friday in an attempt to serve unrelated arrest warrants on both suspects. While the two attempted to flee from the deputies they were quickly taken into custody.


Upon interviewing the suspects deputies obtained a confession to the break-in. One of the suspects claimed that the crime was committed due to an addiction to prescription drugs.

Both suspects were arrested for aggravated burglary and may face additional charges as the investigation continue
