TUSTIN POLICE TO HELP COMMUNITY CHILDREN IN NEED WITH SANTA COP PROGRAM
TUSTIN, Calif. – For the 24th year, the Tustin Police Department will be hosting their annual Santa Cop program designed to help children in Tustin who would have little or nothing during the holiday season, without assistance. With the help of local schools and the Tustin Family and Youth Center, the department has identified over a hundred needy children and will provide them with new toys to celebrate Christmas and the holiday season.
The Department is asking for the public’s help. If you or your business would like to help make a needy Tustin child’s holiday season brighter, you may drop off a new unwrapped toy at the Tustin Police Department between November 14th and December 2nd. The Tustin Police Department is located at 300 Centennial Way next to City Hall. Lobby hours are 7:00am to 7:00 pm, Monday-Saturday.
Another way to help is to visit Barnes & Noble Bookstore in The Marketplace. Barnes & Noble is hosting a Santa Cop Book Drive. Customers can choose a child’s name and purchase a book for him or her.
