UPDATE on tire flattening in downtown - Pictures 
I have attached pictures of flatten tires on two police cars, still parked on Wall Street, north of 6th Street. This is where police discovered a total of 6 police cars with flattened tires, after we had investigated the flat tires near 5th Street and Broadway.
There is NO connection to Occupy LA movement in this vandalism incident.
We have not been able to get a copy of the video that may depict the suspect. The best description of the suspect is Black, wearing a large gray hoodie sweat shirt and black pants, with another sweat shirt tied around the waist. While the suspect was described as a woman, it could also be a man.
