Three people have been struck by vehicles on Massachusetts highways in the last three days after their cars became disbled or they were involved in crashes. Stay in your car if it is safe to do so until help arrives. If you must exit, get to the median beyond the guardrail as soon as possible. DO NOT stand in the travel lane on any roadway.
