Missouri Air National Guard to cease flood operations in Buchanan County. All federal, state, and county highways are open. 
12/7/11 at 2300 hours (11:00pm) personnel from the Missouri Air National Guard will cease flood operations in Buchanan County. All federal, state, and county highways are open and most county roads are open. Some county roads, while open, are damaged and care should be exercised when traveling in the flood area.
The Buchanan County Sheriff's Department will continue to post deputies in the most heavily impacted residential areas.
