Christopher Ullrich, age 29, was arrested this morning and charged with Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography, Transmitting Child Pornography, Manufacturing Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

Investigators with the District #26 District Attorney’s Office assisted the Enid Police Department with an undercover online investigation into the file sharing of child pornography. The user who was sharing known child pornography files was traced to 1610 W. Maple in Enid.

These investigators and the Enid Police Department conducted a joint investigation and served a search warrant this morning at Christopher Ullrich’s residence, 1610 W. Maple, and located evidence of the crime.

Ullrich admitted that he downloaded the child pornography and that he was aware it was on his cell phone and computer.

Bowen is being held without bond at the Garfield County Detention Facility.
