Park Police Officer Sgt. Michael Boehm Collapses, Dies, After Key Bridge Closing 
A Park Police officer who was assisting a DC officer with a critically injured person near the Key Bridge on Friday evening has died.
Sgt. Michael Boehm collapsed at the scene and was taken to Georgetown University Hospital for treatment, but could not be resuscitated. He died a short time later. Boehm, who joined the Park Police in 1992, is survived by his wife Corrina and son Christopher.
Boehm, along with DC Fire and EMS, were assisting a critically injured person. No details on that person are available at this time, but we will post information when it's available.
