The Dallas Police Department will conduct a No-Refusal DWI Initiative for the New Years Day Holiday on Beginning Friday, December 30, 2011 at 6pm and will conclude at 6am, Monday, January 2, 2012. This initiative will be from 6pm to 6am each night.
