Police Seek Wanted Suspect For Local Bomb Threats

Enid police are attempting to locate James Charles Jacks, 25 years of age, in order to arrest him on a felony arrest warrant for five counts of making a bomb threat via telephone. Jacks is suspected of making two telephone bomb threats to Walmart, as well as bomb threats at Kmart, Showplex Cinemas and IHOP in the past few months. Detectives learned from Jacks’ telephone records that the threats were made from a phone registered to him. Video surveillance from one of the businesses also shows Jacks using a cell phone at the same time that one of the bomb threats was made. Officers attempted to arrest Jacks on Monday at 2706 E. Pine, but Jacks fled on foot from the residence. Jacks is a white male and is approximately 6’1” in height and 167 pounds in weight.
