APD needs public's assistance with an Unidentified Wanted Person in Aggravated Assault Case 
On January 9, 2012, Albany Police Officers responded to 211 Pine Bluff Road (Pine Bluff Country Estates) in reference to a shooting. Upon their arrival, the victims stated they were approached by an unidentified black male. The suspect pulled out a handgun and fired one shot towards one of them. The victims further stated that the suspect appeared to have come from the convenient store located at 3000 Sylvester Road. Officers responded to 3000 Sylvester Road (Fast Lane Convenient Store) where surveillance video was obtained. A male subject, matching the physical description provided by the victims, was observed purchasing items
Suspect Description:
• Black male
• Dark brown complexion with a beard
• Last seen wearing an orange shirt, ark colored pants, and a doo-rag over his head
• He was also carrying a bag
• He is approximately 6’1” to 6’2” in height, weighs about 200 pounds and appears to be in his 20’s.
• This man is currently a suspect and is considered armed and dangerous. If you should see this man, do not confront him; call the police.
