Enid Police are looking for Ted Richard Cutts, age 46, who is wanted for the robbery of a local convenience store. Cutts has an outstanding Garfield County warrant for Second Degree Robbery and outstanding City of Enid warrants. Cutts is a white male, approximately 5’6” and 160 lbs. He has blue eyes and brownish colored hair. He may be driving a 1991 White Ford F-150 Pickup bearing OK tag 317BLL. Cutts is wanted for the robbery of JB Convenience store in Enid on January 14th.
