Residential Burglary
On 01-23-2012 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Officers from this department responded to the 500 block of Ballas Trails Dr in reference to a Burglary just discovered. The reporting party stated he had returned home to find that a set of French style doors located on the rear of the residence had been forced open. Another interior door of the residence was found to have been damaged where it is believed that unknown subject(s) gained entry to the main level. An antique piece of jewelry was reported as missing from the residence. The time of occurrence is believed to have been between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This incident is currently under investigation by the Des Peres Detective Bureau.
