A warrant was issued Tuesday, January 31st for the arrest of Brian Cody Hawthorne in relation to the fatal traffic collision that occurred January 29th at 500 University Ave. Hawthorne was arrested on the warrant earlier today by the Lubbock Sheriff's Office. Hawthorne has been charged with three counts of Intoxication Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault. He is currently in the custody of the Lubbock Sheriff's Office with a $150,000 bond.
