The Route 92 Bridge in Smithville is old and in poor condiciton. The bridge was built in 1931 and carries more than 4000 vehicle perday. THe existing bridge will be replaced with a new structure. This will require a complete road closure. Construction is expected to start Feb. 14th and continue to the end of April
