Male White 20/25 yrs in Dark SUV broke into vehicle near Sunset Blvd & Barrington Ave. (Photos in email version)

THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE IN BRENTWOOD

ON JANUARY 22, 2012 (SUNDAY), AT 4:10 am, ON 11700 BLK CRESCENDA STREET (NEAR SUNSET BLVD & BARRINGTON AVE), A SUSPECT SCALED A RESIDENTIAL WALL AND REMOVED PROPERTY FROM AN UNLOCKED VEHICLE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY.

THE SUSPECT WAS A WHITE MALE BETWEEN 20 AND 25 YEARS OLD. HE HAD SHORT DARK HAIR WITH SCARS ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD. HE WORE A DARK-HOODED JACKET WITH FLEECE-TYPE LINING IN THE HOOD.

A DARK-COLORED S.U.V. DROPPED OFF THE SUSPECT
AND DROVE AROUND THE BLOCK NUMEROUS TIMES
WITH THE EMERGENCY FLASHERS ON (POSSIBLY TO
POSE LIKE A NEWSPAPER DELIVERY VEHICLE)
WHILE THE SUSPECT COMMITTED THE CRIME.
