Ladies,
Our next free women's 12-hour Self-Defense Course (Class #17) begins Thursday, March 8 from 6 PM - 9 PM (4 successive Thursdays). Please email [email protected] to register for the March class. The course will be held at the Community Outreach Center located at 3010 Mustang Drive (red portable buildings next to Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Stadium). Mothers and Daughters (13 YOA or older) are always welcomed.
Can't Attend. Don't worry classes are offered monthly to accommodate the needs of the students. As always, former students are welcomed in order to maintain their newly acquired skill sets. The class format has changed considerably since last year! We have trained over 250 women in self-defense since September 2010!
