**(On February 29, 2012 at 6:55 p.m., a hit and run traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Spring Street and Avenue 18. A vehicle was traveling west on Spring Street when it collided with a 91 year old female pedestrian that was walking northbound in a marked crosswalk. As a result of the collision, the pedestrian sustained serious injuries. The driver/suspect of the vehicle fled the scene without identifying herself. The driver/suspect of the vehicle is described as a female, Hispanic, 5’02” to 5’03”, 170 pounds,
53-58 years old, and wearing glasses. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a white Toyota or beige Honda Accord with a cracked windshield and front bumper damage. Insert Message text)
