The Mercersburg Borough Police Department has received several complaints from citizens of an unknown person entering homes, walking throughout the home and leaving if confronted. The only description provided has been that of a black male, thin built, approximately 18 years old. Citizens are reminded if they see or hear any suspicious activity to immediately call 911 for assistance. Additionally, citizens are urged to lock their homes and vehicles, even if they are home.
