The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Viviano Nuncio has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.
Viviano Nuncio was convicted of Lewd Proposals/Acts to a Child on December 2, 2005 in Frederick, Tillman County, Oklahoma. His victim was under the age of 13 years old. Viviano Nuncio is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
