The Martinsville Police Department has an important message for the community! The Clark County Emergency Management Agency is hosting a Weather Spotter Training at the Martinsville Fire Hall on Wednesday March 14th at 6:00p.m., the training is provided by NOAA out of Lincoln, Illinois. The training is free and is open to the public
