At 23 Edward Rd, W/M in white van with PVC pipe on roof ordered 4 young girls to get into van. Girls ran. Van fled 
At approximately 7:10 PM on Monday, 12 March, a W/M driving a white van with PVC piping on the roof pulled alongside four girls ages 8 and 9 at 23 Edward Road. He ordered them into the van but they ran to a nearby house. The van fled S/B on Blair Mill Road. Please advise children of emergency precautions if faced with this threat.
