March 13, 2012, Drug Bust at 1813 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN
March 13, 2012 Giles County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Scott Nations and Narcotics Investigator Mike Thomason went to 1813 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN acting on a tip of drug activity. While talking to the residents and subsequently detecting the odor of marijuana a search was conducted that revealed: 150 grams of marijuana, 4 grams of powder cocaine, ½ gram methamphetamine, and various articles of drug paraphernalia, packaging materials and $919.76 in currency.
Also assisting in the bust was Giles County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Tommy Chapman, Pulaski Police Department Investigators Kenneth Bass and Joey Turner, and an Agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Deputy Nations transported twenty-seven year old Charles David Greenway to the Giles County jail where Investigator Thomason charged him with possession of cocaine for resale, possession of marijuana for resale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of cocaine into a penal facility as Greenway had 4 grams of cocaine concealed inside a body cavity upon entry into the jail. He remains in the Giles County Jail with bond set at $364,500.00.
Deputy Wayne Rudd transported twenty-one year old Brittany Dawne Gray of Athens, AL was transported to Giles County Jail where Investigator Thomason charged her with possession of cocaine for resale, possession of marijuana for resale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. She remains in the Giles County Jail with bond set at $191,500.00.
