This past weekend a woman parked her car at a convenience store and left it running while she went inside. A male quickly entered it in an attempt to steal the vehicle. The woman’s teenage daughter was in the front passenger seat and managed to kick him numerous times until he fled.
Just a reminder to always lock your car and take the keys. A car with the engine running, even with someone else in it, is a tempting target for thieves.
