Update to the found dog saga:
Dulce, the wandering Shitzu, decided to take a little run this morning. Unfortunately, his caretaker has an injured hip and could not pursue the speedy puppy. A concerned citizen brought Dulce to the police station. At approximately 2:30 PM, Dulce's caretaker came to the police station seeking assistance and was happy to discover that Dulce has been in the safekeeping of the Upper Moreland Police Department.
