On April 1, 2012 at approximately 1:10 am, the Anne Arundel County Police Department was called to the 200-block of Bolivar Avenue in Pumphrey for a report of a male lying in the roadway. The male was identified as Bryant Donell Bagley (B/M, DOB 12/29/1965). Investigation revealed the victim had suffered trauma to the body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
