STUDDED SNOW TIRES MUST BE REMOVED BY APRIL 15 
Residents are reminded that studded tires must be removed from vehicles not later than April 15 each year.
Section 4525 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code provides the following fines and costs for driving a vehicle with studded tires between April 16 and November 14:
April 16 to May 31…….$111.00
June 1 to June 30…….$131.00
July 1 to October 31….$141.00
November 1-14……….$ 96.00
