ATTEMPT KIDNAPPING
On 4-17-12, at 11:30am, a 17 year old girl was walking in the area of Monroe High School when the passenger of a red compact car got out of his car. As she walked past the car, the suspect removed his shirt and used it to cover the license plate of the car. He removed the rest of his clothes after she walked by, and ran up behind her completely naked and grabbed her buttock. The victim’s screams caused the suspect to flee in the vehicle, which was driven by a second male.
The primary suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 5’6”, 150 lbs, approximately 30 years of age with a thick mustache. The driver was described only as a male.
Detectives believe that this incident is related to a series of incidents which recently occurred around the area of Arleta High School.
