Tomorrow the state will experience a Nor'easter', a coastal storm. There are flood watches in many areas and we are asking you to monitor conditions. www.weather.gov/phi. Right now, the main issue will be small stream flooding, strong ...wi...nds, and minor coastal flooding. Even though the ground is dry, the small streams will fill fast. Please be alert if on the road. We are working closely with the National Weather Service to monitor the storm track, as that will determine impact.
