Avoid 3rd Street and Western Avenue due to a freight train malfunction which is blocking the tracks. 
There is a disabled freight train blocking the tracks on both 3rd Street and Western Avenue, This is causing significant traffic problems on both roadways. It is unknown how long the train will be disabled however; Union Pacific hopes to have the problem rectified soon.
