UPDATE: Suspicious person visiting family members in Briarcliff. 
It was confirmed that the person of interest (POI) in this matter was a single man from California visiting family members in Briarcliff. The POI claimed to have not realized that the person he approached in the 400 block of Fife Drive was a teenager. Family member wanted to share that he had no intention to cause any alert in the community. POI was traveling with his two children and frequently visited the Briarcliff park, and participated in the Easter Egg Hunt.
