Our City experienced another theft of a catalytic converter from the apartments near St Paul and Notre Dame. These thieves act very quickly. If someone is seen underneath any vehicle, even if you believe it might be their own, call the police to verify the person. These people often steal the converters during daylight hours when they believe no one will question them.
