University between Matheson and North Street will be open to through traffic both directions with heavy construction activities until 5:00 pm today (Monday April 30th).
Arrow Construction is on site performing asphalt work and at 322 University the Contractor is setting trusses. Please be aware of delays and choose alternate routes when possible.
