ATV and Golf Cart Notice 
As summer approaches, the Payne Police Department would like to remind the residents of the Village of Payne that All Terrain Vehicles(4-wheelers) and golf carts cannot be driven on village streets. Only golf carts that are properly licensed through the State of Ohio can be driven on public roads.
