Cottonwood Co is in a Flash Flood Warning until 6pm this evening. 
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Cottonwood County. Rainfall up to an inch will fall across an area that is already saturated from previous rain. Runoff will cause flash flooding to occur. Locations that will experience flooding include: Windom, Bingham Lake, Heron Lake, Mountain Lake, Storden and Westbrook.
