Citizens are receiving phone calls from a person claiming to be or know their grandchildren. They claim the grandchild is in some kind of trouble, accident or other situation in another country and in need of money right away. The person is then instructed to get either a money order or Western Union money transfer, usually for several thousands of dollars to be sent somewhere out of the country. DO NOT DO THIS. Call another relative or police and verify information. Most of these calls are Phone Scams you and will loose your money to a stranger and find out later that there was no issue with a grandchild. Hang up on these people
