Full Notification

The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Thomas Franklin Saure has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.

Thomas Franklin Saure was convicted of Open or Gross Lewdness and Annoying a Minor which translates to Oklahoma Statute Lewd or Indecent Acts/Proposals to a Child on July 14, 1988 in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. His victims were under the age of 13. Thomas Saure is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.

Thomas Saure is a white male, Date of Birth December 16, 1969. He is 5’8”, 240 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes. He is currently residing at 211 Oak Dale Dr., Enid, Oklahoma. He will be required to move.
