Search Underway for missing inmate 
Shayla Little Bear failed to return to her placement at The Arch Halfway House Changes and Choices Program at approximately 9:30 p.m. May 13.
Little Bear, who is serving a 7-year sentence with 3 suspended for Possession of a Controlled Substance out of Minnehaha County, was participating in outpatient treatment and work release programming. She left the half-way house, located at 333 South Spring Avenue in Sioux Falls, with authorization and failed to return.
Little Bear, age 27, is a Native American female. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Contact law enforcement if you see Little Bear or know of her whereabouts.
