Advisory: Memorial Day Parade and Services. 
The Borough of Elmwood Park will be honoring those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms this Memorial Day. The following is a list of Services scheduled to be held in and around the Borough.

9:30 am - E.P. Fire Department Service at the Fireman's Memorial Monument on Molnar Drive
11:30 am - Placement of wreath by the Veteran's Alliance at the E.P. Memorial High School
12:00 pm - Parade Step off from the E.P. Memorial High School
A Memorial Service will be held at the Veteran's Monument at Boro Field on Market Street near Pine Street immediately following the parade completion.
PARADE INFORMATION - The Annual Memorial Day parade will take place on Monday, May 28th starting at 12:00 pm. Mr. Peter Mancuso will be the Grand Marshall. The route remains unchanged from previous years. The parade starts on Gilbert Avenue along the High School and continues onto Elm Street, to Washington Avenue, to Boulevard, to Market Street and ends at Market Street and Pine Street. Residents are asked to remove vehicles along the parade route by 9 am on Monday until the end of the parade. Motorists should expect rolling road closures and detours along the route as the parade progresses through the Borough.
